Notice:
1.Always adhere to the rated load specified on the equipment label. Do not exceed this limit; temporary overloads must not exceed 10% of the rated capacity.
2.Place goods in the center of the platform. Asymmetrical loading is permitted only in exceptional circumstances, and longitudinal and lateral offsets must be well below the rated limits. When loading eccentrically, maintain a safe distance from the platform edges.
3.Personnel lifting is permitted only with appropriate safety measures in place, including guardrails and pipe protection, to prevent falls due to hydraulic system failure.
4.Platform lifting is controlled by a button panel. If the platform is unresponsive, immediately stop operation and perform a system check.
5.If the lift malfunctions or the pressure protection device alarms, immediately disconnect the power. Continued operation under these conditions may cause the hydraulic system to overheat and be damaged. Do not adjust safety devices without authorization.
6.Loading and unloading must be carried out only after the platform has come to a complete stop to prevent tipping during operation.
