Three-wheel layout design: It adopts a three-point support structure with two front wheels driving and one rear wheel steering. Compared with traditional four-point forklifts, it reduces the mechanical structure redundancy by 1/4, and minimizes the turning radius.
Turntable steering axle: It is equipped with a high-precision worm gear transmission system, with a steering angle error of almost 0, supports 360° in-situ steering, and can complete a U-turn in a 2-meter wide channel.
Intelligent distribution of center of gravity: It monitors the load distribution in real time through sensors, automatically adjusts the front and rear wheel speed difference when turning, and controls the lateral offset within 5cm to ensure the stability of operations in narrow channels.

Package Type: We use wooden boxes for packaging because wooden boxes have good corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The frame is welded with 5mm thick steel plate and angle steel, and a "well"-shaped channel steel base is set at the bottom to meet the strength requirements of forklift loading and unloading and container stacking. The gap between the equipment in the box and the frame is filled with EPE foam material (thickness ≥ 5cm) to prevent displacement caused by transportation vibration.
