Raw Material Preparation
We select high-strength thick-walled square steel and industrial steel plates as raw materials. All steel materials pass incoming material inspection to ensure uniform thickness, strong bearing capacity and anti-rust base performance, laying a solid foundation for the durability of the lifting equipment.

Precision Laser Cutting
Adopt automatic laser cutting equipment for blanking processing. The cutting size is accurate without burrs, which effectively ensures the matching precision of each scissor arm and frame component, avoiding assembly gaps caused by dimensional errors.

Surface Polishing Treatment
Polish all cut steel parts comprehensively to remove sharp edges, burrs and surface oxide layers. Smooth surfaces can improve welding firmness and make the subsequent spraying coating adhere tightly, preventing paint peeling and rust in long-term use.

Professional Welding Processing
Experienced welders complete full welding of frames and scissor arms. We use solid welding technology to form thick and uniform welding seams, greatly improving the overall structural stability and load-bearing safety of the scissor lift.

Anti-rust Spray Coating
After surface cleaning, the finished frames go through electrostatic spraying. Thick uniform paint layers cover the whole machine, with excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust effects, adapting to humid, dusty factory and outdoor working environments.

Complete Assembly Work
Assemble hydraulic cylinders, motors, control panels, guardrails, anti-slip platforms and all standard accessories on the painted frame strictly according to assembly standards. Every pipeline and circuit is neatly arranged for

Strict Factory Testing
Each finished scissor lift undergoes full functional testing: lifting stability test, overload load test, emergency stop function inspection and tilt protection test. Unqualified products will be reworked before entering the packing link.

Standard Wooden Case Packing
Qualified finished products are cleaned and fixed, then packed with thick export wooden cases. Shockproof and anti-collision fillers are added inside to avoid scratch and deformation during long-distance transportation.

Safe Container Shipping
The packed goods are loaded into standard containers by professional loading workers. We fix all wooden cases firmly inside the container to prevent shaking and damage during sea transportation, and arrange whole-process logistics tracking for customers.
