This lifting equipment is specially designed for fixed point cargo transportation in factories and warehouses. With stable performance, comprehensive safety configuration, and upgraded adaptability, it will solve the pain points of inter floor cargo handling and assembly line connection for customers.
But with the continuous updating of industry standards, the problems of high failure rate, loud noise, and high energy consumption of old-fashioned equipment have become difficult to meet the current customers' requirements for safety, environmental protection, and efficiency.
To address these pain points, we have comprehensively upgraded and optimized the new generation scissor platform. Firstly, there is the innovation of the power and hydraulic system. The whole machine adopts hydraulic drive, which has lower operating noise and no exhaust emissions during the operation process, fully meeting the standards for green construction and dust-free workshops. At the same time, the cylinder pipeline and braking structure have been optimized, reducing energy consumption and greatly improving the durability and stability of the equipment. Over long-term use, it can effectively help customers reduce equipment maintenance costs.
Considering the differences in venues and working conditions among different clients, this platform also supports customized adjustments. We can customize the lifting height, size, and load capacity according to the actual needs of our customers. For example, in response to the customer's warehouse scenario this time, we adjusted the platform size and lifting stroke based on their floor height and cargo specifications to ensure that the equipment can fully adapt to the on-site usage environment and truly solve the customer's actual problems.
