Hand Pallet Truck

The pump is one solid cast unit fitted with multiple seals and an overload valve. It keeps steady even under full load and won't creep down over time. The valve prevents overloading beyond its rated capacity. Its piston rod is chrome plated. You can lower the forks either by the handle or foot pedal, letting loads settle smoothly without sudden drops.

Forks sit at 85 mm minimum and lift up to 195 mm max height, so they slide under standard pallets with no scraping. Each fork is 160 mm wide. You can pick between 550 mm or 685 mm overall fork width, and 1150 mm / 1220 mm fork length to fit your pallets. The frame is fully welded. Its 6 mm thick top cover has reinforcing ribs underneath to stop tearing or bending during heavy use. Each hand pallet truck comes with four 75 cm stiffeners.

Steering wheel measures φ180×50, while fork wheels are φ80×70. You can select different wheel types to match your working floor: nylon, PU, rubber or steel wheels, with a choice of single or double rear wheels. Handles are available in plain metal or rubber wrapped version. The rubber wrapped handle features three control positions: raise, lower and neutral, so you can handle most lifting work with one hand.
