The main features are as follows:
1. Core Upgrade:
Enhanced by Yijiatong Lithium Battery, with dual guarantees of performance and lifespan
Our newly launched CPD series lithium battery forklift is equipped with Yijiatong industrial grade lithium batteries, specially designed for high-intensity storage conditions.
The battery has a cycle life of over 2000 times and supports fast charging (completing 10% -100% charging within 2 hours), meeting the needs of multi shift manufacturing without the need for battery replacement;
The battery is equipped with an intelligent BMS management system, which allows users to scan the QR code to view data such as charging and discharging times, voltage, temperature, and usage duration throughout the entire process. This facilitates equipment maintenance and management, and prevents battery loss caused by blind use.

The series covers a rated load of 1.5 tons to 5 tons, with a maximum lifting height of 3000mm, a maximum driving speed of 15km/h at full load, a maximum climbing slope of 15% -20% at full load, and stable power output.
Structure and Safety Design
Adopting high-strength gantry, the maximum operating height can reach 4320mm, and the height of the roof protection frame is suitable for conventional storage channels;
The vehicle has a width of 1096-1380mm, a minimum turning radius of 2180-2850mm, and can operate flexibly in narrow passages;
Equipped with hydraulic pedal type service brake, mechanical manual parking brake, and IP protection grade battery, it can handle dusty and humid working conditions with peace of mind.

3. Low usage cost, higher long-term value
Compared to traditional lead-acid forklifts, this series of lithium-ion forklifts:
No acid mist emissions, no need to add water for maintenance, significantly reducing daily operation and maintenance costs;
Energy efficiency has been improved by about 30%, coupled with traceable charging and discharging data, which can accurately optimize usage habits and further extend equipment lifespan;
The entire series adopts AC drive and lifting control system, with fast power response, higher accuracy of operation, and lower failure rate.
