1. Mast

The mast serves as the main vertical lifting structure of the stacker. It guides the forks during upward and downward movement and maintains stable performance when stacking pallets.

2. Forks

Forks slot into pallet openings to support goods being moved. Customers may select fork length and width to fit different pallet sizes and handling requirements.

3. Hydraulic Cylinder

The cylinder converts hydraulic pressure into lifting force. It moves the fork carriage up and down for steady cargo lifting and lowering.

4. Hydraulic Pump

Hydraulic pressure is generated by manually actuating the pump. Operators pump the handle up and down to lift the forks.

5. Handle

All main stacker controls sit on the handle. Steering, lifting and lowering functions are integrated here for simple, intuitive operation.

6. Steering Wheels

Fitted to the front or rear of the stacker, steering wheels allow easy manoeuvring when transporting goods onsite.

7. Load Wheels

Located near the forks, load wheels take the full load of cargo during transport and enable smooth travel over warehouse floors.

8. Chassis & Frame

Chassis and frame form the main supporting structure of the stacker. They provide strong structural integrity and consistent stability for lifting, stacking and general material handling work.

1. Position the Stacker
Manoeuvre the manual stacker toward the pallet, and align the forks precisely with the pallet entry slots. Check and confirm the forks are centrally positioned before insertion to ensure balanced loading.

2. Insert the Forks
Push the stacker forward steadily to fully slide the forks under the pallet. Verify that the pallet and its goods are evenly borne by both forks to avoid unbalanced load before lifting operations.

3. Lift the Load
Pump the operating handle up and down repeatedly to activate the hydraulic pump. The built-up hydraulic pressure powers the lifting cylinder, steadily raising the forks and the pallet load together.

4. Move and Position the Load
Push or pull the stacker to transport the lifted pallet to the designated area. The integrated steering handle allows flexible directional adjustment for accurate short-distance movement in the warehouse.

5. Lower the Load
Once the target position is reached, engage the lowering control to slowly lower the forks. After the pallet is firmly placed on the ground or storage rack, pull the forks completely out of the pallet to finish the operation.
