Platform deck made from 3mm bent steel plate, platform frame uses 2mm bent steel plate. Upper and lower rails are 3‑4mm steel plate, laser‑cut and CNC bent for precise fit.
Scissor arms built with 160×80×3.75mm rectangular tube. Punch‑drilled holes keep side movement tight while working.
Bushings use Ø60×10 seamless tube. Pin shafts are Ø40 size, made of 45# carbon steel. They go through quenching‑tempering and galvanizing treatment and come with hidden oil grooves. Harbin brand bearings are installed.
Base frame constructed from 180×80×3.75mm rectangular tube, lug plates are 12mm thick steel plate.
Comes with 6 MC nylon slide blocks, keeps lifting steady with minimal wobble.
Pull‑out style outriggers built from 140×60×3.75mm rectangular tube, works great for narrow working areas.
