Components of Self Propelled Mobile Scissor Lift
Work platform
Work platform where the workers stand to operate and place their tools. All around it, there are protective railings installed. This makes it safer for maintenance workers and equipment installers to work up high.
Scissor arms
Entire equipment's lifting and lowering are all supported by it. It uses hydraulic cylinders to drive the extension and retraction of the scissor mechanism. The up and down movements are very stable and won't shake.
Hydraulic lifting system
Entire lifting power core is driven by hydraulic cylinders to make the scissor arms extend and retract. The lifting process is smooth and the load-bearing capacity is more stable. This is also the key to the equipment's stable operation.
Electric Drive System

Working Process of Self Propelled Mobile Scissor Lift
1. Pre-operation Check
Before operating the lift, do a full quick check. Verify the battery level, tires, hydraulic components, safety functions and control panel. Make sure the whole machine is in good working condition before you start.
2. Position the Lift
Steer and move the lift to your working position using the onboard controls. The unit is self-propelled, so no extra towing or transporting equipment is needed. You can reposition it freely right on the job site.
3. Lift the Platform
Activate the lift switch. The hydraulic cylinders will push the scissor arms open, raising the platform smoothly until you reach your required working height.
5. Lower the Platform
Move the lift to the designated parking spot and power off the machine. Perform a simple visual inspection and basic daily upkeep to keep the equipment ready for next use.
